I’ve learned over many years in this industry, that selling is a process of carefully analysing a customer’s need for a product, service or idea and recommending a solution that satisfies that need, persuading them that your recommendation is right, the price is fair and now is the time to buy.

It’s about having genuine concern for your client, having their best interest at heart and throwing yourself heart and soul into fulfilling that need.
