From Stephen Burke, Director: John Burke Associates (JBA) is a professional Practice of Chartered Surveyors, who operates in the private, commercial and public sectors both in the UK and abroad. Our services include Building and Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Cost Control and Contract Administration. We are also market leaders in the provision of independent third party Site Inspection (Clerk of Works) Services.

The Issue

JBA’s strategic marketing includes targeted direct mail shots to prospects identified by a bespoke market research provider. Our problem was low and ineffectual follow up, resulting in the inability to maximise opportunities.
