These include sales solutions and online presence for Manufacturers, Distributors and Retailers. Virtual Worlds is a division of Logicom Computer Services (UK) Ltd, which, using the latest technology has catered for the needs of industry and retail worldwide for over 30 years.
Although Xen carry out the outbound telephone marketing, Logicom are very keen to ensure their internal staff are also being the best they possibly can be. We deliver sales training to their new recruits allowing them to use the same techniques we do, on our outbound prospecting calls. This is through either one on one sessions or in a very small group session with Michaela Craft, Director of Xen.
